利用神经示踪、电生理、光纤记录、光遗传学、化学遗传学等前沿实验技术,在分子、突触、细胞、环路以及动物行为水平等多个层面解析焦虑症、抑郁症等精神疾病的发病机制,并基于中医药活性成分和纳米载药材料建立相应的疾病防治策略。
