We focuses on immune dysregulation and precision intervention in major diseases, developing immunomodulatory therapeutics and delivery technologies, include myeloid immune regulation, antigen presentation remodeling, precision immune delivery, and translational evaluation of immunotherapeutics, with the goal of advancing new therapeutic strategies for cancer, inflammation, and immune-related diseases.
1. Myeloid immune regulation: remodeling the functions of neutrophils, macrophages, and dendritic cells to enhance antitumor immune responses.
2. Tumor antigen presentation remodeling: improving tumor antigen processing, MHC I presentation, and T-cell immune recognition.
3. Precision immune drug delivery: constructing nanomedicine, mRNA-LNP, and membrane-vesicle platforms for targeted delivery of immunotherapeutics.
4. Translational evaluation of immunotherapeutics: establishing efficacy, safety, and in vivo fate evaluation systems to promote translational applications.
