Tumor Immunology and Epigenetic Regulation:

We develop and apply cutting-edge single-cell and multi-omics technologies to investigate the composition, functional states, and dynamic regulation of immune cells within the tumor microenvironment. Our research aims to identify novel immune cell populations and immunoregulatory targets associated with responses to cancer immunotherapy, while elucidating the epigenetic mechanisms that govern tumor initiation, progression, and therapeutic outcomes.
