Employing behavioral, biochemical, cellular, and molecular biology techniques to study the pathogenesis, molecular targets, therapeutic strategies, and translational applications of neuropsychiatric disorders and neurodegenerative diseases such as alcohol dependence and abuse, Alzheimer's disease, PTSD, anxiety, and depression.
