Ph.D. in Bioinformatics from the Institute of Genetics and Developmental Biology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. A total of 26 SCI papers have been published in international journals, three of which were selected as cover articles, and two were featured in multiple renowned media outlets such as Science News. The cumulative citation count of all publications exceeds 2,200, with an H-index of 16. The highest citation count for a first-author paper exceeds 360. Representative research findings were selected for an oral presentation at the International Society for Stem Cell Research (ISSCR) Annual Meeting.



He has long been dedicated to the study of non-coding RNA functions, discovering key non-coding RNAs that drive pluripotent-to-totipotent cell fate transitions, zygotic genome activation, and cancer development, elucidating their regulatory molecular mechanisms, and advancing translational applications. The specific research directions are as follows:

Research Focus 1: Integrate multi-omics data to develop intelligent algorithms and databases for predicting non-coding RNA functions.

Research Focus 2: Identify key non-coding RNAs that regulate pluripotent-to-totipotent cell fate transitions and zygotic genome activation, and investigate their molecular mechanisms of action.

Research Focus 3: Identify key non-coding RNAs that drive the development and progression of malignant tumors, and conduct novel drug development based on these key non-coding RNAs.
